Return & Refund Policy

🔁  Easy Returns
We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly accept the return and take full responsibility for resolving the issue. Customers must report such issues within a reasonable time after delivery for quick assistance.

💰 Restocking Fee (If Applicable)
If the customer places an order based on their own selection and later decides to return it for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect purchase, a **20% restocking fee** will apply. All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

📦 Return Process & Refund Timeline
Once the return request is approved, we will provide return shipping labels for easy processing. After receiving and inspecting the returned items at our facility, the refund will be processed within **3–4 business days** and issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
